Jelen szabályzat a www.mapartman.hu weboldalra vonatkozik és összefoglalja a cookie-k (magyarul: sütik) használatával kapcsolatos legfontosabb információkat.
Mi a süti?
A cookie-k olyan kisméretű szövegfájlok, melyeket a webhely tárol el az oldalaikra látogató felhasználó számítógépén, illetve mobilkészülékén.
A cookie-k anonimizált statisztikai adatok gyűjtésére is szolgálnak, melyek segítségével képet tudunk kapni a weboldal látogatóinak böngészési szokásairól, felhasználói tapasztalatairól.
Milyen főbb sütik léteznek?
Elengedhetetlen/Nélkülözhetetlen sütik
Ezen sütik biztosítják a weboldal megfelelő működését, az egyes szolgáltatások működéséhez elengedhetetlenek. Ezek a sütik mindig csak az adott látogatás alatt érvényesek, a munkamenet végeztével, illetve a böngésző bezárásával automatikusan törlődnek a számítógépről.
Funkcionális sütik
Megkönnyítik és élvezetesebbé teszik a weboldal használatát: pl. újbóli belépéskor a honlap az előzetesen kiválasztott nyelven jelenik meg
Statisztikai sütik
A weboldal fejlesztésének, valamint a felhasználók számára biztosított élmények javítására használt sütik, melyek lehetővé teszik információt gyűjtését a weboldal használatával kapcsolatban. Ezek a sütik nem tudják Önt személy szerint beazonosítani (az éppen használt IP címet csak részben rögzítik), olyan információkat gyűjtenek, mint pl. hogy melyik oldalt nézte meg a látogató, a weboldal mely részére kattintott, hány oldalt keresett fel, milyen hosszú volt az egyes munkamenetek ideje, mik voltak az esetleges hibaüzenetek, stb. Ilyen teljesítményt biztosító sütik a Google Analytics sütijei.
Marketing sütik
Ezek a sütik megosztásra kerülnek harmadik féllel, akiknél hirdetünk. Céljuk, hogy általuk még inkább az Önt érdeklő vagy az Ön számára releváns hirdetésekkel találkozzon. Ezek a sütik nem tudják Önt személy szerint beazonosítani (az éppen használt IP címet csak részben rögzítik), olyan információkat gyűjtenek, mint pl. milyen terméket, szolgáltatást, vagy tartalmat tekintett meg, mindezt az Ön érdeklődési köreinek megismerése érdekében.
Milyen sütiket és mire használ a weboldal?
A weboldal statisztikai sütiket használ a felhasználó weboldal használatáról, ideértve a reklámok hatásának mérését és a felhasználók által végzett kattintások elemzését. Adatok gyűjtése és elemzése útján, a statisztikai sütik segítségével a weboldal fejleszthető, mivel a webhelytulajdonosokat képet kaphatnak a látogatók weboldallal történő interakciójáról.
A statisztikai sütik harmadik féltől származnak és a weboldalunkon engedélyezett funkciók által kerülnek a felhasználó eszközére. Honlapunk a Google Analytics és Google Adwords által biztosított sütik révén, az általuk feldolgozott adatokból kinyert információkat használja.
Ezek az állandó sütik a felhasználó gépén maradnak az engedélyezéstől számított 14 hónapig, illetve míg a felhasználó nem törli ezeket.
Hogyan értesítjük és kérjük a látogatók hozzájárulását?
A Felhasználó a weboldalra történő első belépés alkalmával felkérést kap az oldal alján megjelenő információs sávban arra, hogy fogadja el vagy utasítsa el a süti használatot.
Hogyan engedélyezheti, tilthatja és törölhet a sütiket?
A cookie-k által történő adatkezelést a felhasználó a legtöbb böngészőprogramban személyre szabhatja, így akár le is tilthatja. A cookie-k letiltása esetében azonban előfordulhat, hogy a honlap, illetve valamely tartalom vagy a honlapon elérhető szolgáltatások nem, vagy csak korlátozott formában érhetőek el.
Ha a süti (cookie) elhelyezéséhez az ügyfél nem járul hozzá, azt a saját böngészőjében elvégzett beállítások (tiltás, visszavonás) útján teheti meg. Amennyiben a felhasználó szeretné letiltani a Google cookie-k használatát, azt a Hirdetési beállítások segítségével megteheti.
Google Analytics alkalmazása
Amennyiben engedélyezte a sütik használatát a kezdőlapon, a weboldal csak akkor alkalmazza a Google Analytics alkalmazást.
A weboldal a Google Analytics alkalmazást használja, amely a Google Inc. („Google”) webelemző szolgáltatása. A Google Analytics úgynevezett „cookie-kat”, szövegfájlokat használ, amelyeket a számítógépére mentenek, így elősegítik Felhasználó által látogatott weblap használatának elemzését.
A Felhasználó által használt weboldallal kapcsolatos cookie-kkal létrehozott információk rendszerint a Google egyik USA-beli szerverére kerülnek és tárolódnak. Az IPanonimizálás weboldali aktiválásával a Google a Felhasználó IP-címét az Európai Unió tagállamain belül vagy az Európai Gazdasági Térségről szóló megállapodásban részes más államokban előzőleg megrövidíti.
A teljes IP-címnek a Google USA-ban lévő szerverére történő továbbítására és ottani lerövidítésére csak kivételesesetekben kerül sor. A weboldal üzemeltetőjének megbízásából a Google ezeket az információkat arra fogja használni, hogy kiértékelje, hogyan használta a Felhasználó a honlapot, továbbá, hogy a weboldal üzemeltetőjének a honlap aktivitásával összefüggő jelentéseket készítsen, valamint, hogy a weboldal- és az internethasználattal kapcsolatos további szolgáltatásokat teljesítsen.
A Google Analytics keretein belül a Felhasználó böngészője által továbbított IP címet nem vezeti össze a Google más adataival. A cookie-k tárolását a Felhasználó a böngészőjének megfelelő beállításával megakadályozhatja, azonban felhívjuk figyelmét, hogy ebben esetben előfordulhat, hogy ennek a honlapnak nem minden funkciója lesz teljeskörűen használható. Megakadályozhatja továbbá, hogy a Google gyűjtse és feldolgozza a cookie-k általi, a Felhasználó weboldalhasználattal kapcsolatos adatait (beleértve az IP-címet is), ha letölti és telepíti a következő linken elérhető böngésző plugint.

Google Adwords konverziókövetés használata
Amennyiben engedélyezte a sütik használatát a kezdőlapon, a weboldal csak akkor alkalmazza a Google Adwords nevű online reklámprogramot és a Google konverziókövető szolgáltatását
A „Google AdWords” nevű online reklámprogramot használja az adatkezelő, továbbá annak keretein belül igénybe veszi a Google konverziókövető szolgáltatását. A Google konverziókövetés a Google Inc. elemző szolgáltatása (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; „Google“).
Amikor Felhasználó egy weboldalt Google-hirdetés által ér el, akkor egy a konverziókövetéshez szükséges cookie kerül a számítógépére. Ezeknek a cookieknak az érvényessége korlátozott, és nem tartalmaznak semmilyen személyes adatot, így a Felhasználó nem is azonosítható általuk.
Amikor a Felhasználó a weboldal bizonyos oldalait böngészi, és a cookie még nem járt le, akkor a Google és az adatkezelő is láthatja, hogy Felhasználó a hirdetésre kattintott.
Minden Google AdWords ügyfél másik cookie-t kap, így azokat az AdWords ügyfeleinek weboldalain keresztül nem lehet nyomon követni.
Az információk – melyeket a konverziókövető cookie-k segítségével szereztek – azt a célt szolgálják, hogy az AdWords konverziókövetést választó ügyfeleinek számára konverziós statisztikákat készítsenek. Az ügyfelek így tájékozódnak a hirdetésükre kattintó és konverziókövető címkével ellátott oldalra továbbított felhasználók számáról. Azonban olyan információkhoz nem jutnak hozzá, melyekkel bármelyik felhasználót azonosítani lehetne.
Ha nem szeretne részt venni a konverziókövetésben, akkor ezt elutasíthatja azáltal, hogy böngészőjében letiltja a cookie-k telepítésének lehetőségét. Ezután Ön nem fog szerepelni a konverziókövetési statisztikákban.

What cookies does the website use and for what purpose?
The website uses statistical cookies about the user’s use of the website, including measuring the effect of advertisements and analyzing clicks made by users. Through the collection and analysis of data, the website can be improved with the help of statistical cookies, as they can give website owners an idea of how visitors interact with the website.
Statistical cookies come from third parties and are placed on the user’s device by the functions enabled on our website. Our website uses the information extracted from the data processed by Google Analytics and Google Adwords through cookies.
These permanent cookies remain on the user’s computer for 14 months from the date of authorization or until the user deletes them.
How do we notify and ask for visitors’ consent?

How to enable, disable and delete cookies?

If the customer does not consent to the placing of the cookie, he can do so by means of the settings made in his browser (ban, withdrawal). If the user wants to disable the use of Google cookies, he can do so using the Advertising settings.
Application of Google Analytics
If you have enabled the use of cookies on the home page, the website will only use Google Analytics.
The website uses the Google Analytics application, which is a web analysis service of Google Inc. („Google”). Google Analytics uses so-called „cookies”, text files that are saved on your computer, thus facilitating the analysis of the use of the website visited by the User.
The information created by cookies related to the website used by the User is usually sent to and stored on one of Google’s servers in the USA. By activating IPanonymization on the website, Google shortens the User’s IP address beforehand within the member states of the European Union or in other states that are parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area.
The full IP address is transmitted to Google’s server in the USA and shortened there only in exceptional cases. On behalf of the website operator, Google will use this information to evaluate how the User used the website, to prepare reports related to website activity for the website operator, and to provide additional services related to website and Internet use.
Within the framework of Google Analytics, the IP address transmitted by the User’s browser is not combined with other Google data. The User can prevent the storage of cookies by setting their browser accordingly, but please note that in this case, not all functions of this website may be fully usable. You can also prevent Google from collecting and processing the User’s website usage data (including IP address) through cookies by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link.

Using Google Adwords conversion tracking
If you have enabled the use of cookies on the home page, the website will only use the online advertising program Google Adwords and the Google conversion tracking service
The data controller uses the online advertising program called „Google AdWords”, and also uses Google’s conversion tracking service within its framework. Google conversion tracking is an analytics service of Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; „Google”).
When a User accesses a website through a Google ad, a cookie required for conversion tracking is placed on their computer. The validity of these cookies is limited and they do not contain any personal data, so the User cannot be identified by them.
When the User browses certain pages of the website and the cookie has not yet expired, both Google and the data controller can see that the User has clicked on the ad.
Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie, so they cannot be tracked through the websites of AdWords customers.
The information – obtained with the help of conversion tracking cookies – serves the purpose of creating conversion statistics for customers who choose AdWords conversion tracking. In this way, clients are informed about the number of users who click on their ad and are redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not get access to information that could identify any user.
If you do not wish to participate in conversion tracking, you can decline this by disabling the installation of cookies in your browser. After that, you will not be included in the conversion tracking statistics.
